This song communicates a quiet confidence and gratitude that God will always quench our thirst for love – no matter how dry we are. I wrote it on the 5th anniversary of losing my Dad to cancer, and was thinking about how life had changed. I was looking back with hindsight on how God supports us and gently takes us by the hand when we go through the valleys.
