Some situations in life can present a dilemma in terms of what we should do – do we enforce our own opinion on the situation? Do we go with someone else’s opinion? Do we back off for the sake of peace and quiet and do nothing? Or do we as Christians, pray and then see what we believe is right to do? We often know what we should do, but what we actually do isn’t necessarily the same. When I wrote this song, there was such a situation at my home church. This song simply says to God, that although we find it hard to do what’s His will rather than our own; “come and have Your way”.
